We are looking for a SharePoint expert with strong communication skills in English. Experience with SharePoint 2013 would be preferred as well as knowledge of the ITIL concepts.
Provide support for users based on SharePoint incidents.
Manage SharePoint site access for users
Troubleshoot SharePoint issues in document library,list and other apps
Provide knowledge to users on SharePoint functionality in 2013 for managing a team or project site and its contents
Handling incidents based on priority
Creating KB (knowledge base) articles
Experience with SharePoint 2013
Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 apps
Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 features Permission levels in SharePoint
Experience in Incident handling and (SharePoint) Troubleshooting
Familiarity with ITIL concepts (certification is an advantage)
Strong English communication skills
